Choosing a surface treatment
You can choose between different finishes on most of our furniture. We mainly work with open finishes that let the wood continue to live, such as egg oil tempera, soap, oil and white oil. These finishes require some maintenance, but if you follow the care instructions, your furniture will continue to give you pleasure for many, many years to come.

Zlamp - beautiful and environmentally friendly lighting
It was through a private lamp purchase by Norrgavels founder Nirvan Richter that the collaboration with Swedish Zlamp started. Since its inception in 1992, Zlamp has focused on the environment, quality and light. All lampshades are manufactured by hand in Zlamp's own workshop in Anderslöv, Skåne. Most of Zlamp's wooden details are turned in Vetlanda in Småland. In Gnosjö in Småland, all laser-cut details are manufactured and then painted in the neighbouring village of Hillestorp.
